Engagement terms prevail. Any advisory work undertaken by Dignus Muneris is governed by a separate written letter of engagement agreed with the client. That letter of engagement sets the scope of work, the basis of charging, the parties' respective responsibilities, the confidentiality and conflicts position, and the limits of liability that apply to the engagement. In the event of any inconsistency between these website terms and a signed letter of engagement, the letter of engagement prevails.
Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the liability of Dignus Muneris Limited, its directors, employees, and contractors arising out of or in connection with use of this website or any reliance placed on its content is limited to the amount recoverable under the professional indemnity insurance maintained by Dignus Muneris Limited in force at the time the relevant claim is notified. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Content and intellectual property. All content on this website is the intellectual property of Dignus Muneris Limited unless otherwise indicated and may not be copied, republished, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with them.
