Investment readiness is not a document. It is a state of being prepared — strategically, financially, and operationally — for what institutional capital actually requires.

Businesses preparing for institutional investment face a particular kind of work that is often underestimated. The substantive position — the commercial proposition, the financial track record, the growth trajectory — is the foundation. But what investors actually engage with is the way that position is articulated, evidenced, and defended through the diligence process. The gap between a strong substantive position and a credible investor presentation is real, and closing it is the work of investment readiness.

Our work on investment readiness prepares businesses for the actual conditions of institutional investment. We prepare businesses, narratives, financial materials, and supporting infrastructure to the standard institutional investors expect. We do not advise on, arrange, or otherwise carry on regulated investment activity, and we do not introduce specific investments to retail or individual investors.
